We take you to Malawi, Africa – where, in partnership with Ripple Africa, we plant one fruit tree for every fruit basket delivered to our customers! So we give a glimpse into the day-to-day work Ripple Africa does and talk to several people about our project.
Together with Ripple Africa, we are tackling deforestation, a major problem in Malawi. Every 10 minutes, a piece of land the size of a football field is cleared. Besides planting fruit trees, Ripple Africa also educates local communities about the importance of a healthy eco-system and creates jobs for local people.
